Job Responsibilities/岗位职责
1. Establish and maintains the procedure of warehouse management and materials and drug products management to ensure the operation of materials receiving, storage and issuing compliance with GMP requirements.
建立和维护仓库管理和物料和成品的管理文件，确保物料的收发存的操作都符合GMP要求。
2. Completes warehouse operational requirements and following up on work results.
完成仓库日常工作，并跟进工作结果。
3. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement;
实施新的设计布局，维护仓库的现场状态；检查设备；下达维修和更换申请工单。
4. Support warehouse storage requirements and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures;
合理布局仓库库位存放，确保空间高效利用率，积极通过各种管理工具进行流程优化，已达到最佳库存管理流程；
5. Participate in investigation and cooperate with other GMP department to deal with quality events about the materials.
参与和配合其他GMP部门调查和处理物料相关的质量事件。
6. Responsibility of management of warehouse site, such as identifications, temperature and humidity date record, equipment usage record, etc.
负责仓库现场的管理，比如标识管理，温湿度数据，设备使用记录等。
7. Ensure the consistency of account, cart and material in warehouse.
确保仓库物料帐卡物一致。
8. Responsibility of expiry date management and reject materials management.
负责有效期和不合格品物料的管理。
9. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with EH&S regulations.
严格执行安全管理制度，建立、遵守执行标准，维护安全健康的仓储环境。
10. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data SAP system.
维护、熟悉SAP操作系统，确保及时、完整、正确的提供库存动态信息，定期盘点，降低库存积压，提高库存周转率。
11. Other work arranged by superior leaders.
上级领导安排的其他工作。
