We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical IT Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems to improve business functionality and productivity. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
Required Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
·3+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in a technical IT environment
·Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC)
·Proficiency with SQL, databases, networks, and operating systems
·Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure)
·Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
·Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
·Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
·Certification in ITIL, Agile, or relevant technical field (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect)
·Experience with cybersecurity principles and practices
·Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
·Prior experience in project management or business analysis
