岗位职责：

1.Process quality assurance/制成品质保证

a.Resonsible for review all ppap document and transfer the knowledge to QE/IPQC leader;

a.负责审查所有PPAP文件及将其转化到质量工程师 /检验组长;

b.Impletement quality tools in process control ,evaluate the outcoming with customer requirements;

b.按照客户需求评估过程控制中的质量工具实施;

2.Quality developing in project /项目质量发展

a.Responsible for following quality timing in project ,document submission ,monitor the corrective action closure

a.负责跟踪项目的质量,文件提交,监控纠正措施的实施;

b.support the process audit with auditor ,take full responsibility to make the action as per the results;

b.支持审核员进行审核，负责审核结果的改进；

c.complete the task assigned by manager, monitor the working resluts of QE;

c.完成领导交代的其他任务，关注团队的工作结果；
3.Leading cross function team for problem solving/跨部门间的问题解决

a.Resonsible communicate in regular way and lead cross function to team to handle customer's complains;

a.跨部门间沟通与协调处理客户的投诉问题；
b.Make root cause analysis,apply preventive and corrective action to shoot quality issue.

b.对质量问题采取预防和纠正措施

任职要求：

1.At least 5 years of auto industry

至少5年汽车行业经验

2.At least 2 years experience in management team

至少2年带团队经验

3、Good English reading, speaking and writing
