岗位职责

1.Develop safety strategy: Conduct scans of macro conditions and market competitors across different regions; decompose business links such as mobility and food delivery, and identify optimization points in strategies, products, and operations; classify and conduct in-depth analysis of different customer groups to enhance the overall safety perception.
2.Formulate and manage the overall budget of the department: Set reasonable budget indicators for expenses of different projects in various regions, and continuously track and adjust based on the usage of the budget.
3.Lead the OKRs of the entire department and various teams: Ensure that OKRs effectively align with the department's strategy, and regularly review the implementation of OKRs of each team in the department.
4.Drive strategy-related projects: Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
5.Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders on key new initiatives related to international safety

任职资格

1.Minimum 7 years of work experience in related fields or professional service industries, i.e., consulting, investment banking, strategic planning, accounting, etc.
2.Bachelor in Economics, Engineering, Finance, etc.
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
4.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds; Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in English is a must.
