University undergraduate or above, engineering is preferred, Management Degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management/ Global Sourcing will be additional advantage.;
2 years or more (at least 5 years for senior purchase engineer and purchase supervisor) of Project Management/ Engineering/ Procurement experience in a mid-sized or above company (multinational EPC company is preferred);
Familiar with chemical processes and related equipment, and domestic and foreign equipment procurement related work experience;
Good negotiation & communication skills and team working ability & spirit;
English: good enough for daily works (fluent for Senior), good computer skills.
Purchase Supervisor: fluent in english, ability to independently organize and host internal and external meetings, coordinate across teams/departments.
