工作内容:
- Handle customer’s complaints, create and follow-up 8D-reports, check the efficiency of the actions implemented.
- Analysis and report current customer quality level to the manager.
- Analysis customer returns, lead continues improvement topics for customer quality improvement.
- Arrange on-site sorting activity in customer side.
- SAP system maintenance for customer complaints.
- Organize and manage the customer satisfaction.
- Co-work on preparing customer’s audits and customer complaints claim issue handling.
- Internal coordination for customer surveys or other requirements.
任职条件:
- Bachelor degree in Electronics, or Mechanics related majors.
- Have basic knowledge to solve electrical circuit problems.
- 3 years and above working experience in quality manufacturing analysis / problem solving.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
- Knowledge of IATF16949. Understand SPC, Control Plans, FMEA, MSA.
- Good English in written and spoken.
- Can speak Korean is preferred.
- Experience in electronics or automotive area is preferred.
