Overseas Sales Specialist/Sales Manager
职位要求/Job Requirements:
教育背景:第一学历为全统招本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销、商务英语等相关专业优先。(学历不符合请勿投递简历)

工作经验 :具有3 - 5年或以上矿山/火电/化工/能源等行业机械设备和后市场零部件海外销售工作经验;丰富的国际市场分销网络拓展和渠道管理经验。
Work experience: 3-5 years or more of overseas sales experience in machinery and equipment and aftermarket parts in mining/thermal power/chemical/energy industries; Rich experience in international market distribution network expansion and channel management.
专业技能/Expertise:
精通英语,具备出色的听说读写能力,能够与海外客户进行流畅的商务沟通。
Proficient in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and able to communicate smoothly with overseas customers.
熟练使用办公软件,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等,以及销售管理软件,如salesforce 系统。
Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and sales management software, such as Salesforce system.
了解国际贸易流程和相关法律法规,熟悉国际商务礼仪。
Understand international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations, and be familiar with international business etiquette.

销售管理能力:制定并执行销售计划,能够带领和支持渠道完成销售目标,对销售数据进行分析和评估。

客户关系管理能力:善于与海外客户建立和维护良好的合作关系,了解客户需求,提供优质的客户服务,解决客户问题。
Customer relationship management ability: good at establishing and maintaining good cooperative relations with overseas customers, understanding customer needs, providing high-quality customer service, and solving customer problems.
沟通协调能力:具备良好的跨文化沟通能力,能够与不同国家和文化背景的客户、合作伙伴进行有效的沟通和协调。
