We are seeking a proficient Assistant for our China Representative Office in Wuhu City to support our operations, particularly in management and logistical coordination. Key responsibilities include facilitating communication with budget planning and liaising with the third party. Must have basic understanding of finances, familiarity with Chinese tax regulations, and fluency in English language are indispensable qualifications for this position.

• Implement and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment for employees and visitors.

• Serve as the key point of contact for local third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring that service level agreements are met in accordance with expectations.
作为与当地第三方服务提供商和供应商的主要联络人,确保各项服务符合公司预期,达成服务水平协议(SLA)要求。
• Provide administrative support to Wuhu office employees and visitors from India headquarters, including invitation letter arrangements, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
为芜湖代表处员工以及来自印度总部的访客提供各项行政支持,包括邀请函出具、差旅安排和会议协调等。
• Office budget planning & control, review of monthly expenditure, arrange monthly expense voucher and provide to accounting firm for monthly bookkeeping and tax declaration.
制定和维护代表处的月度预算,监控预算执行情况,确保费用合理控制;审核每月支出,整理费用凭证并提交给会计事务所,配合其完成月度记账和税务申报工作。
• Monthly finance report preparation, bank accounting.
出具月度财务报告,协助进行网银付款、对账和资金管理。
• Coordinate with third party to ensure monthly salary.
与第三方机构协调沟通,确保员工每月工资按时、准确发放。
• Coordinate & ensure filing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns.
与会计事务所协调配合,负责按时完成月度、季度和年度税务申报,确保税务合规。
• Monitor regulatory compliance to ensure tax filing of the employees, expenditure tax filing for the company.
监督员工个税申报及公司各项支出的税务处理,确保符合中国税务法规。
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Representative Office.
完成代表处负责人分配的其他临时任务,支持团队日常运营。
Qualifications & Experience:
资质要求:
• Wuhu local person, with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
芜湖本地人,拥有财务、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。
• 5 to 7 years proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an international business environment.
5至7年行政支持或相关工作经验,具有国际商务环境工作经验者优先。
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
具备出色的组织能力和时间管理能力。
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
具备出色的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
熟练掌握微软办公软件。
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
流利的英语和普通话(书面和口头),具备良好的跨文化沟通能力。
