作为一名现场服务工程师，您将成为我们实施部不可或缺的一部分，与全球技术主管紧密合作，并与我们的硬件和现场服务团队协作。您将确保在全球快节奏的环境中，我们的解决方案能够无缝部署并获得持续支持。
主要职责：
●部署与实施： 安装和配置传感器、终端和相关硬件，确保在制造环境中成功部署。必须能够管理300公里服务区域，并完成每日任務。
●技术支持与故障排除： 提供现场或远程技术支持，高效诊断和解决硬件问题。
●数据管理： 清理、导入并协调客户工装数据，确保准确性和一致性。
●跨职能协作： 协调现场人员、技术团队和销售团队之间的沟通，确保一致性和无缝交流。
●持续改进： 收集现场反馈，协助改进实施流程。
职位要求：
●国籍： 中国
●居住地： 广东省，东莞优先
●教育背景： 拥有工程学、信息技术、计算机科学学士学位，或技术认证和/或技术学院学位。
●工作经验： 5年以上在电信、物联网、能源、制造或汽车等行业拥有相关现场服务或硬件安装和故障排除经验者高度优先。
●专业素养： 期望通过Google Apps每天向总部管理层汇报、提交详细工作报告、管理项目进度和个人物流。必须拥有私人交通工具以往返工作现场。
●身体素质： 必须能够熟练使用电动工具和切割金属。愿意并能够长时间站立工作，并能够举起20公斤重物。
●精通 Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Word和Google应用程序。
聘用期限：
2个月试用期后转为全职
语言要求：
●英语（中级）： 公司和客户的工作语言。

Position Overview:
As an IoT Field Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our Implementation Department, working closely with the Global Technical Lead and collaborating with our Hardware and Field Service teams. You will ensure seamless deployment and ongoing support for our hardware solutions in a global, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
●Deployment & Implementation: Install and configure sensors, terminals, and related hardware, ensuring successful deployment in manufacturing environments. Must be capable of managing a service area of 300km and meeting a daily hardware installation quota.
●Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site or remote technical support to diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently.
●Data Administration: Clean, import, and harmonize OEM tooling data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
●Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between the site personnel, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
●Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from the field to help improve deployment processes.
Qualifications
●Nationality: Chinese
●Legal Residence: Guangdong Province, preferably Dongguan
●Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a technical certification and/or a polytechnic degree.
●Work experience: Relevant field service or hardware installation and troubleshooting experience in industries such as telecommunications, IoT, energy, manufacturing, or automotive is highly valued.
●Professional acumen: Is expected to communicate daily to the head office management via google apps, submit detailed work reports, manage project schedules, and personal logistics. Must possess a personal vehicle to transport themselves to the work site.
●Physical profile: Must be capable of handling power tools skillfully and cutting metals. Willing and able to work on feet for long periods of time and lift 20kg.
●Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and all G suite apps.
Duration:
Full-time after a 2-month Probation Period
Language Requirements (Fluency and/or proficiency in English and Chinese).
●English (intermediate): The working language of the company and our clients.
●Chinese (native): The language of the work site.
