1.IQC engineers need to develop reasonable inspection standards with SQE based on the company's quality requirements and industry standards to ensure that the quality of raw materials meets production needs.

2. Responsible for conducting a comprehensive inspection of incoming raw materials, including appearance, size, performance, and other indicators, to ensure that the incoming raw materials meet quality requirements.
2. 负责对进厂的原材料进行全面检查，包括外观、尺寸、性能等各项指标，确保进厂的原材料符合质量要求。
3.When quality problems are found with raw materials, IQC engineers need to report to their superiors in a timely manner and assist relevant departments in handling the issues.
3. 当发现原材料存在质量问题时，IQC工程师需及时向上级汇报，并协助相关部门进行问题处理。
4. Participate in the company's quality improvement projects, provide improvement suggestions and recommendations, and continuously improve the incoming quality of raw materials.

5. Regularly maintain and upkeep inspection equipment to ensure its accuracy and reliability.

要求：
1. Bachelor degree preferred in Electronic or mechanical engineering;
1. 本科学历，电子或机械专业优先;
2. At least 2 years’working experience in quality control/management;
2. 2年以上质量控制/管理工作经验;
3. Familiar with inspection standards and sampling standards;
3.熟悉检验规范和抽样水准;
4. Familiar with FPCB/FPCBA/CCS fabrication,SMT manufacturing and quality engineering are preferred.
4. 熟悉FPCB/FPCBA制造，SMT制造，CCS制造和质量工程优先。
5. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, SPC,PPAP,MSA ,Minitab and FMEA and control plan
5. 熟悉8D, SPC,PPAP,MSA,Minitab, FMEA等质量工具和控制计划
6. Knowledge with RoHS, ISO9001 or TS16949;
6. 熟悉RoHS、ISO9001或IATF16949;
7. Good English communication in both spoken and writting;

8. Good computer skills like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
