1、协助工程师制定各工段（钻孔/laser，电镀，photo，DES，AOI，层压，punch，lay－up，SM，Lab等）的工艺方案，并负责进行基础工艺测试和数据收集；
Assist engineers to develop process plan for each section (drilling /laser, electroplating, photo, DES, AOI, lamination, punch, lay-up, SM, Lab, etc.) ,and responsible for basic process testing and data collection;
2、协助工程师完成工艺文件的编写和完善，保证所负责各工段的正常运行，不断的提高成品率和工作效率，配合工程师主导各项试验的实施，报告给相关工程师或主管；;
Assist the engineer to establish the process documents, ensure the good operation of the process, constantly improve the yield and the working efficiency, Supporting engineer to lead the test implementation, report to related engineer or supervisor;
3、负责对信息化内容测试验证，进行数据收集，并确认效果；
Responsible for information content testing and verification, data receipt, and confirm the effect;
4、负责对技术员进行WI规范指导的培训，并确认培训效果；
Responsible for the WI standard guidance training for technicians,and confirm the training effect;
5、针对成品率的提高和成本的降低，配合工程师组织和实施相应工段的改善措施；
Support engineer to reduce operation cost through organization and implementation of the corresponding process improvement,support engineer to improve the yield improve ;
6、带领技术员监督稽核生产部门标准化作业，并随时纠正，同时要防止工艺问题而影响生产；
Lead the technician to supervise and check the standardization work of the production department, correct the wrong operation anywhere/anytime, Prevent any process problems to impact the production shipment or schedule;
7、配合工程师负责新设备的调试和验收 。
Support engineer for new equipment trial run and make final acceptance.
要求：
1、本科及以上学历（湿工艺需化学、化工、机械类相关专业，干工艺需机械、电子、自动化类相关专业），有经验者可适当放宽学历要求；
Bachelor degree or above (wet process requires chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical related majors, dry process requires mechanical, electronic, automation related majors),Those with experience may relax the educational requirements appropriately;
2、具备Flex工艺2年或PCB3年以上技术经历；
More than 2 years of Flex process or PCB3 technical experience;
3、了解ISO9001或IATF 16949 程序，FMEA，控制计划，SPC，DOE；了解有害物质管理；
Knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF 16949 procedures, FMEA, control plan, SPC, DOE;Well understanding with HSM;
4、能阅读英文资料，办公软件技能要求：熟悉Excel, Word,PowerPoint；
Can read English materials, office software skills: familiar with Excel, Word,PowerPoint;
5、具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力；为人诚实、细心、认真、勤奋、敬业、有责任心、抗压能力强。
