职位描述：
1.Daily report/Dash board/Ok2ship /Ok2build 报告的整理与发出;
Buy off the Daily report/Dash board/Ok2ship /Ok2build report；
2.制定和优化组装流程，撰写作业指导书;
Develop and optimize assembly process, write work instruction(WI)
3.CPP/QCP/DFM/流程单的确认;
Verify the CPP/QCP/DFM/traveler;
4.客户DOE测试，负责对接客户并讨论具体测试方案;
Be responsible for customer DOE plan preparation;
5.Post mortem报告的准备及演讲;
Prepare post mortem report;
6.客户的对接窗口，传达客户的信息，并转化为内部要求和文件;
Customer contact window, pass customer information to internal team and transfer customer file to internal document;
7.制程变更的窗口，对于制程变更进行评估并导入量产;
Process change evaluation window and apply to MP;
8.项目改善的横向展开，确保改善措施落实到所有项目中;
Improvement cross check and ensure all the actions are implemented for all programs;
9.产品相关的投资预算汇总整理；
Program budget summary.
10.汇报给上级经理并完成经理分配的任务.

职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历;
College degree or above； 2.有英文读写能力;
Reading and Writing English; 3.掌握SMT组装工艺和FPC工艺规范;
Master SMT assembly process and FPC process rule;
4.掌握FPCA工艺设计规范，;
Master FPCA process design rule;
5.掌握并使用DOE;
Master and use DOE;
8.质量改善流程与数据分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等);
Quality improvement process and data analysis method (such as seven QC methods,DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.)
9.掌握 FMEA, Control Plan;
Master FMEA,Control Plan;
10.了解6西格玛，精益生产;
Understand 6 sigan production;
11.熟悉SPC,MSA等统计控制方法;
Familiar with SPC,MSA and other statistical control methods;
12.了解ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000;
Understand ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000;
13.SMT相关工作经验5年以上.
At least 5 years related experience with SMT.
