服务康迈中国业务，为公司内外客户提供设计和工程服务。工作范围包括但不仅限于设计、工程制图、研
发、测试、样件服务、项目管理、质量提升、供应商管理和现场支持；保证优异的生产质量，以实现最佳
的产品质量，简化装配，最大限度降低模具成本，缩短设计周期并提高生产效率。通过设计服务与美国设
计工程团队、中国本土应用工程团队和质量、运营团队协作。

关键职责：

在工程副总裁的带领下，依照政策、计划、程序、指示和标准进行工程活动。Conducts engineering
activities in accordance with policies, plans, procedures, instructions, and standards under the direction of the Vice
President of Engineering.
• 了解并执行适用于本岗位的康迈质量方针。Understands and implements the ConMet Quality Policy as
applied to this job function.
• 持续改进，为康迈质量方针提供支持。Implements continuous improvement in support of the ConMet Quality
Policy.
• 参与跨部门质量规划，满足客户要求。Participates in cross-functional Quality planning to fulfill customer
requirements.
• 根据所有客户规范和质量要求进行设计工作。Conducts design activities based upon all available customer
specifications and quality requirements.
• 开展并记录相关测试，包括：Conducts and document test activities which may include:
o 项目申请、项目计划、项目批准 Project Proposal, Planning, and Approval
o 2D 绘图、3D 建模（量产模和样件模）、结构分析、应力分析、测试和结果解释 2D
Drawing, 3D Modeling (permanent molds and prototypes), structural analysis, stress analysis, testing, and
interpretation of results.
o 给客户提供技术支持、技术变更和解决方案等服务 Acting as Customer liaison for technical
support, changes, and solution proposal
o 在正式和非正式的设计评审中与康迈应用、生产、销售和其他相关职能部门进行沟通
Interfacing with Application, Manufacturing, Sales and other ConMet functions both informally and in formal
Design Reviews.
o 设计校核、验证和发布 Design Verification, Validation, and Release
o 产品和设计创新 Product and design innovation
• 根据工程程序和指导说明，识别、创建和管理职能范围内的受控文件（即 ECR、图纸、ECN、测试
报告、规范、设计评审记录、BOM 等) Identifies, creates, and manages controlled documents within the
functional area in accordance with Engineering Procedures and Instructions. (i.e. ECRs, drawings, ECN’s, Test
Reports, Specifications, Design Review Minutes, BOM, etc.).
• 设计的发布，包括 FMEA、分析要求、公差叠加分析等 Facilitation of Design Releases including FMEA
activities, analysis requirements, tolerance stack-up studies, etc

向采购部提供采购订单中包含的所有必要规范和要求，包括产品说明、供应商质量要求以及参考图
纸和规范的现行修订等级。Provides all necessary specifications and requirements to Purchasing for inclusion on
Purchase Orders, including product description, Supplier Quality Requirements, and reference to current revision
levels on drawings and specifications.
• 确认在产品发布前客户拥有的模具符合所有规范 Verifies that customer owned tools meet all specifications
prior to release for manufacturing.
• 创建定义产品和流程规范、变更和规范偏差的技术状态文件 Produces configuration documents that define
product and process specifications, changes, and deviations from specifications.
• 参与跨部门活动，包括 APQP/4DX/设计评审会议，供应商/客户审核和内部质量审核 Participates in
cross-functional activities, including APQP, 4DX, design review meetings, external supplier/customer audit and internal
quality audits.
• 明确要做的测试、所需的测试设备和设施，以及使用 SPC 确定对过程差异敏感的特性 Specifies the
tests to be performed, test equipment and facilities required, and the use of SPC for characteristics identified to be
sensitive to process variance.
• 必要时参加材料评审会议，协助确定不合格件的原因。协助找出不合格件的纠正措施 Participates in
material review meetings as necessary to assist in determining the cause of non-conformances. Contributes to
corrective action in response to non-conformances;
• 参与工程、项目和质量体系的培训，包括自主学习和按照工程经理要求的学习 Participates in
Engineering, Project and Quality System training, both self-directed and as directed by Engineering Management.
• 进行设计和测试，包括 FMEA、应力分析、疲劳分析、耐受堆叠概率和测试结果分析；明确 SPC 的
应用确定对过程差异敏感的特征 Conducts design and testing activities, which may include FMEAs, Stress
analysis, fatigue analysis, tolerance stack-up probability, and analysis of test results; specify the application of SPC for
characteristics identified to be sensitive to process variance.
• 参与研发和创新活动；支持跨职能开发和创新项目 Participates in R&D and Innovation activities; support
cross-functional development and innovative projects.
• 能及时和按时按照工作时间工作 Prompt and regular attendance as scheduled.
