JOB DESCRIPTION职位描述:

• MMT产品应用及销售工程师是MMT技术+销售复合型岗位,在MMT担任客户需求与产品技术桥梁,既懂产品技术细节,又具备市场开拓与客户服务能力,核心目标是通过技术赋能销售,提升产品市场占有率与客户满意度。

• MMT productapplication and sales engineer is a position that combines MMT technology and sales skills. In MMT, this role serves as a bridge between customer needs and product technology. He not only has a deep understanding of product technical details but also possess the ability to market and serve customers. The core objective is to enhance sales through technology, thereby increasing the market share of the product and customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责:

(1). 技术销售融合Technical Sales Integration

  • 负责MMT全线产品(筛分媒介、选矿设备、耐磨产品、配套辅件、备品备件等)的全周期的国际区域销售,对接国内中资客户总部/设计院/总包方/总管方,完成季度/年度销售任务;
  • Responsible for the international
  • regional sales of all MMT products (screening media, mineral processing equipment, wear-resistant products, supporting accessories, spare parts, etc.) throughout the entire cycle, coordinating with the domestic Chinese client's headquarters/design institutes/EPC/EPCM, and achieving the quarterly/annual sales targets;
  • 深入理解客户业务场景,收集设备工艺技术参数,找出客户现有痛点,挖掘客户真实需求,提供产品选型,定制化产品应用解决方案,参与方案设计与演示;
  • Deeply understand the customer's business scenario, collect the technical parameters of the equipment, identify the existing pain points of the customer, explore the customer's true needs, provide product selection, customize product application solutions, and participate in the design and demonstration of the solutions;
  • 为客户提供售前技术咨询,解答产品功能、性能、集成等专业问题,消除技术疑虑;
  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation to customers, answer professional questions regarding product functions, performance, integration, etc., and eliminate technical doubts;
  • 参与客户项目招投标工作,编写技术方案与报价,提供技术澄清与支持;Participate in the bidding process for client projects, prepare technical proposals and quotations, and provide technical clarifications and support;
  • 统筹制定年度费用预算,优化销售流程,合理控制销售费用,提升销售支出的回报率;
  • Overall plan and formulate the annual expense budget, optimize the sales process, reasonably control sales expenses, and increase the return rate of sales expenditures.
  • 跨跨越全球时区时差工作,及时提供全球同事和内外部客户相应支持,提升工作响应速度;
  • Work across different time zones globally, provide timely support to global colleagues and internal/external clients, and enhance the speed of work response;
  • 完成公司领导交给的其他工作;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the company's management;

(2). 产品应用赋能 Product Application Empowerment

  • 精通公司产品技术原理、性能参数、应用场景与行业最佳实践,成为内部产品专家;
  • Proficient in the technical principles, performance parameters, application scenarios and industry best practices of the company's products, becoming an internal product expert;
  • 制作产品应用案例、说明书、技术手册、演示视频等销售工具,赋能销售团队与渠道伙伴;
  • Create sales tools such as product application cases, user manuals, technical guides, and demonstration videos to empower the sales team and channel partners;
  • 为客户提供产品安装调试、使用操作培训、技术维护等售中与售后服务;
  • Provide customers with pre-sale and after-sale services including product installation and debugging, operation training, and technical maintenance.
  • 跟踪收集客户试用报告和应用反馈,积极处理客户投诉,反馈研发技术,推动产品优化;
  • Track and collect customer trial reports and application feedback, actively handle customer complaints, provide feedback to the R&D team, and promote product optimization;
  • 定期提交销售报表、客户拜访报告、产品市场占有率调研报告、客户满意度调查报告等;
  • Regularly submit sales reports, customer visit reports, market share research reports of products, and customer satisfaction survey reports, etc.

(3). 客户关系管理CRM-Customer Relation Management

  • 开发新客户,维护存量客户,建立长期稳定合作关系,挖掘二次销售与交叉销售机会;
  • Develop new customers, maintain existing customers, establish long-term stable partnerships, and explore opportunities for secondary sales and
    cross-selling.
  • 定期拜访客户并报告,了解产品使用情况,解决应用难题,提升客户粘性与满意度;
  • Regularly visit customers, report on the product usage, solve application problems, and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • 组织产品技术研讨交流会、行业展会及其论坛、新媒体推介等市场活动,提升品牌知名度;
  • Organize product technology seminars, industry exhibitions and their related
    forums, as well as new media promotion activities, etc. to enhance brand awareness.

(4). 跨部门协作Cross-departmental Collaboration

  • 与集团全球产品管理团队、集团全球销售团队、集团全球研发团队、集团全球采购团队、本地研发技术、生产、采购、财务等部门紧密协作,确保客户需求有效传递执行;
  • Work closely with the global product management team, global sales team, global R&D team, global procurement team of the group, as well as local R&D technology, production, procurement and finance departments to ensure that customer demands are effectively conveyed and implemented.
  • 参与新产品市场推广策略制定,提供技术视角建议,并提供销售视角需求潜力;
  • Participate in the formulation of the marketing strategy for new products, offer technical suggestions, and provide sales-oriented insights into the potential demand.
  • 跟踪行业动态与竞争对手价格项目产品等信息,熟悉行业竞争态势,为公司策略提供参考;
  • Track industry trends and information such as competitors' prices, product offerings, etc., be familiar with the competitive situation in the industry, and provide references for the company's strategies;
  • 动态管理合同/订单的应收账款,避免客户拖欠货款;并协助财务部银行结汇和出口退税;
  • Effectively manage the accounts receivable of contract/orders, prevent customers from defaulting on payments; and assist the finance department in bank settlement and export tax rebates.

(5). 工作流程与场景Work Process and Scenarios

  • 需求挖掘:联系客户→了解业务→发现痛点→匹配产品应用场景;
  • Requirement Discovery: contact the customer → understand the business → identify pain points → match the product to the application scenarios;
  • 方案设计:技术交流→需求分析→定制方案→成本核算→报价→跟踪反馈;
  • Scheme design: technical exchange → ddemand analysis → customized scheme → cost calculation → quotation → tracking and feedback;
  • 产品演示:在线或现场演示→技术答疑→案例分享→消除疑虑→建立信任;
  • Product demonstration: online or on-site presentation → technical Q&A → case sharing → elimination of doubts → building trust;
  • 合同签订:项目跟踪→技术方案→预算报价→商务谈判→合同审核→签约→订单执行;
  • Contract signing: Project tracking → technical solution → budget quotation → business negotiation → contract review → signing → order execution;
  • 交付支持:产品交付→安装调试→客户使用培训→技术维护→问题解决;
  • Delivery support: product delivery → installation and commissioning → customer training on usage → technical maintenance → problem resolution;
  • 客户成功:售后服务→定期回访→需求升级→二次销售→口碑传播→介绍客户;
  • Customer Success: after-sales service → regular follow-up → demand enhancement → secondary sales → word-of-mouth promotion → referral of customers;


BASIC QUALIFICATION 任职资质:

01、 公立大学统招本科学历 (不符合请勿投递);

Full-time undergraduate degree from a public university (Please do not submit if not applicable).

02、 矿山机械专业优先,机械工程、机电一体化工程、材料科学与工程等相关专业次之;

Priority in in mining machinery major. Subsequently, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, materials science and engineering, and other related majors will be considered.

03、 有三年选矿行业技术或销售工作经验,有选矿行业大客户资源者优先;

Have three years of experience in mineral processing technology or sales; priority in candidates with existing key account customer resources in the mineral processing industry.

04、 年龄不超过40周岁 (不符合请勿投递);

Age should not exceed 40 years old (Please do not submit if not applicable);

05、 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件;

Proficient in using Microsoft Office software;

06、 具有良好的商务谈判和内外部沟通技巧;

Possess excellent skills in business negotiations and internal/external communication;

07、 工作积极主动,有担当精神,抗压能力强;

Works actively and proactively, possesses a sense of responsibility, and has strong adaptability to pressure;

08、 常驻天津,接受国内和国际出差,持有汽车驾照;

Resides in Tianjin, accpets domestic and international business trips, and holds a driver's license.

09、 能够接受全球不同时区时差工作(不接受者请勿投递);

Accepts work with time differences across different time zones globally (Please do not submit if not acceptable);

10、 通过大学英语四级,听说读写译流利,能独立开展国际销售工作;

Passed the College English Test Band 4. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation. Capable of independently conducting international sales work.
