Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Dean’s Office;
2. Handle correspondence and ensure effective coordination with other units;
3. Provide support to the School promotion and strategic development;
4. Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to School Dean and Dean’s Office as requested;
5. Maintain accurate records and up-to-date filing systems;
6. Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor and the School management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Master degree;
2. At least three years of relevant experience, or relevant experience on academic support in tertiary institutions for Executive Office (candidates with less experience will be considered for Executive Assistant);
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media tools (WeChat official accounts);
4. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks;
5. The capability of multi-tasking and sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
6. Good team player with strong organizational planning and interpersonal skills.
