Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing general administrative services to the Vice President (Administration);
2. Assisting in liaising with various departments and units, and receiving guests to Vice President (Administration) Office;
3. Providing support to various University-level committees or task forces, and assisting in building-up and management of committee system;
4. Assisting in arranging meetings and other schedules, taking meeting minutes and managing all the relevant documents systematically for record;
5. Undertaking other tasks including secretarial or project support assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor or a higher degree;
2. At least 3 year's working experience, preferably gained in higher education or public institutions;
3. Strong organizational capability and adaptability, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
4. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information;
5. Good command of written and spoken language skills both in English and Chinese; proficiency in office software;
6. Proactive, able to work multi-tasked and independently, and as part of a team;
7. Mature, meticulous and confident in handling business with complexity.
