Job Title: BAU Support Staff
Responsibilities:
•
Drive the daily resolution of production issues, including analysis and troubleshooting of common incidents.
•
Coordinate day-to-day communications with stakeholders, including clients as well as internal BAs, developers, and QA team members.
•
Ensure all production issues are addressed and resolved within agreed SLAs.
Requirements:
•
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both clients and internal teams.
•
Excellent learning ability and adaptability to new environments; capable of handling issues with flexibility.
•
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•
1–2 years of development experience (Java experience is a plus).
•
Good understanding of databases.
•
Candidates without development experience will also be considered if they have BA or QA working experience
