Act as a dedicated role for sales support to control the internal sales activities.

Duties & Responsibilites 职责与责任
Lead weekly billing process for JIS delivery;
Maintain the sales price timely to ensure the right payment;
Lead the price backdating process to check the price deviation monthly and track the payment;
Work with other departments to handle the daily sales order( reorder, single order, one-time payment, etc.);
Support for new business development and responsible for business data management, including signed contract/agreement, and customer information documentation, etc.;
Support to improve the current sales process;
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications 能力及素质
Bachelor degree or above, majored in business, administration is preferred;
2-3 years relevant working experience;
Automotive industry experience is must.

Good English skills in both written and oral;

Familiar with MS Office and SAP experience;
