Implement and ensure in line with IATF16949 System.
在职责范围内，严格按照IATF16949体系的要求执行；
Ensure the realization of the function KPI.
确保本职能 KPI 的实现；
 Systematic analysis the problem, define WI accordingly and offer training to related employees.
系统化的分析问题，定义作业指导书并给相应的员工进行培训；
Continue improve process to improve efficiency and eliminate the risk （e.g., Quality, Safty, CT...）.
持续改进已有的流程,以达到提高效率和消除风险（如：质量，安全，节拍等等）；

Duties & Responsibilites / 职责和责任
Build up production system according to IATF16949 requirement.
根据IATF16949要求建立车间生产体系；
Create and maintain FMEA and CP.
创建和维护FMEA和CP；
Continue improve process to improve efficiency and eliminate the risk （e.g., Quality, Safty, CT...）.
持续改进已有的流程,以达到提高效率和消除风险（如：质量，安全，节拍等等）
Support to CIP when some idea related to process.
支持关于工艺的持续改善(CIP).
Support to ECR management when change related to process.
支持关于工艺相关的工程变更.
Lead 8D project when quality or safety happened related to process.
领导8D项目当和过程相关的质量或者安全发生时.
Lead process audit and support shop floor tour.
主导车间过程审核和支持车间参观。
Define WI and offer training to related employees
定义各种作业指导书并给相应的员工提供培训
To complete other tasks from direct leader.
完成上级交办的其他工作

Qualifications / 能力及素质
Bachelor’s degree or above.
本科及以上学历；
3-5 years’ experience of process engineer in automotive industrial (Prefer assembly experience).
3-5年汽车行业工艺工程师的工作经验(有装配线经验优先)。
Fluent English Skill
英语可以作为工作语言
Familiar with FMEA, 8D, POKA YOKE, CAD
熟练使用FMEA, 8D, POKA YOKE, CAD
