Job purpose / 岗位目标

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

· Ensure the realization of the function KPI;

· Ensure that shift production targets.

确保班组生产目标。

Duties & Responsibilites / 职责和责任

· Organize, distribute shift tasks (Shift Opening + Ending Meeting)

组织、分配班组任务（开班和班末会议）

· Monitor and Improve the KPI (Summarize shift report, update the KPI tracking, update LOP about if KPI over target)

监控并改善KPI（总结班报，更新KPI跟踪表，当KPI不达标时更新LOP）

· Organize special production (such as Emergence, Rebuild, Reorder, etc.)

组织特殊形式的生产（应急、重制等）

· Purchase management (Base on budget, play ZHK, Colipu, etc., and Receiving)

采购管理（基于预算，在ZKH，Colipu采购，并收货）

· Document management (Procedure, WI, Record, etc.)

文件管理（流程，指导，表单，等）

· Continue to improvement manufacturing process

持续优化生产制造过程

· Communication (Communicate the company's policies truthfully to the workshop and provide feedback on the workshop's information truthfully to the company)

上传下达（将公司的政策如实传达至车间，并将车间的信息如实反馈至公司）

· Supervise and manage personnel entering the workshop (not limited to production team), to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (such as Employee Handbook, Safty, Working Instruction, etc.)

监督和管理进入车间工作人员 （不只限于生产作业人员），确保公司的政策和制度被遵守（如员工手册，安全，作业文件等）

Qualifications / 能力及素质

· High school diploma mandatory, college degree preferred;

高中学历，大专优先；

· More than 5 years of experience in automation industry;

工业自动化行业5年以上工作经验；

· Familiar with at Assembly line operation;

熟悉装配流水线作业；

· Can use Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.

会使用微软办公软件，尤其是Excel。
