Dinova Guangzhou is the sourcing office for La Foir’Fouille, a leading French retail brand specializing in home and lifestyle products.

We are looking for a Sourcing Division Manager / 采购部门负责人 to lead one of our sourcing divisions and coordinate projects across product categories.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• Define yearly planning for fairs, samples, and orders

• Follow up on sourcing and supplier evaluations

• Track project timelines and escalate issues

• Organize KPI reviews and monthly performance meetings

• Coordinate with internal teams: Quality, Merchandising, Shipping, etc.

• Maintain system data and support showroom setup

任职要求 / Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in sourcing, project or team management

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Analytical mindset and confident with performance tracking

• Team leadership experience is a plus
