Dinova Guangzhou is the sourcing office for La Foir’Fouille, a leading French retail brand specialized in home and lifestyle products.

We are currently looking for a Packaging Process Manager / 包装流程主管 to oversee the end-to-end coordination of packaging information and validation flow across teams in China and France.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• Anticipate and ensure that all necessary packaging inputs (marketing data, legal warnings, guidelines) are made available on time

• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Quality, Sourcing) and external stakeholders (French Designers, Buyers)

• Assign files to the design team and monitor artwork delivery timelines

• Understand packaging guidelines and ensure that the flow follows expected rules and formats

• Organize the artwork validation process:

• Liaise with the French Designer, Buyer, and Quality team to collect final approvals

• Track the artwork confirmation process step by step

• Maintain an organized folder structure and keep packaging records updated

• Be the key point of contact for packaging workflow between sourcing, design, QA, and French teams

任职要求 / Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• 3+ years' experience in project coordination, packaging, sourcing, or
merchandising

• Basic understanding of packaging/artwork processes (no design work required)

• Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and time management skills

• Confident communicator able to work with cross-functional and international teams
