Education

1. Engineering high education and degree is necessary.

2. Preferably mechanical engineer or technologist.

Work Experience

1. At least 5 years experience as 2nd party or 3rd inspector for
SGS/BV/Intertek is preferable.

2. Excellent understanding and knowledge of main core
technological processes as machining, welding, casting, forging, electrical
works and painting. Clear knowledge of metals chemical content, metal featuresand main tests of metal.

3. NDT knowledge (VC, UT, RT, PT), education and experience in NDT is a strong advantage.

4. Excellent understanding and knowledge of factory
working stages like material incoming control, assembling, measuring, testing and packaging.

5. Good knowledge of main factory Quality documentation like Inspection and testing plan (ITP), factory quality records,material certificates and tests reports.

6. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 -2015, process and risks
approaches.

7. As advantage – international work experience in
Western company.

8. Languages

Fluent English level B2- C1 (it will be checked

during job interview) both speaking and writing. Strong knowledge of terminology about machining, welding and NDT both in English and Chinese.

Chinese native speaker.

Tasks

1. Interact with Head of QAQC (locates abroad) on daily basis – discuss inspection aims on week/month
via conf.call and WeChat , all other points of inspection of production and potential risks. Inspections normally relates (but not limited) to tests, NDT, material control, documentation review, packing and preservation.

2. Communicate quickly with inspection agencies within
all stages of Third Partly Inspections (TPI) as the following a) pre-inspections : request agencies for
inspections , obtain appropriate CVs and accept contract for inspections, b) inspection occurrence: check inspectors
works, take intervention in their work and replace inspectors in case necessary; c) post inspection: check inspectors
reports and request correction.

3. Supervise signed inspectors: to control their work,
ability to react fast to prevent risks of non-conformities of product. Initiate
NCR issuance.

4. Conduct inspection by yourself as appointed Company
expert according to Head of QAQC’s requests, able to visit China’s factories
quickly ad hoc.

5. Prepare reports in English, calculate inspection
expenses and provide forecast.
