    Job Responsibilities:  
   1. Develop and execute new media marketing strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging existing resources to achieve annual targets;   
2. Lead and coordinate consultants in delivering end-to-end client services (pre-sale, sale, after-sale)   
3. Manage regional operations: maintain existing new media channels while expanding new customer acquisition channels;   
4. Oversee regional promotions, submit monthly market analysis reports, sales forecasts, and task allocation plans; provide weekly self-audit reports;   
5. Build, train, and develop high-performing teams with clear succession planning;   
6. Design KPIs for the department, conduct performance evaluations, and provide timely feedback;   
7. Participate in formulating channel development strategies (new media, etc.), including partner selection, performance tracking, and data management;  
    Requirements:   
1. Master's degree or above in Internet Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related fields. For exceptionally outstanding individuals, their educational qualifications are extended to undergraduate level;   
2. Experience in new media/self-media marketing, management consulting, investment promotion, or corporate operations;   
3. Strong communication and organizational skills; accounting/tax knowledge is a plus;   
4. Proficient in WeChat, public accounts, Weibo, and other new media tools for campaigns and promotions;   
5. Resilient, responsible, team-oriented, and loyal to the company;   
6. Professional appearance; fluent spoken English.

岗位职责:  
1、根据公司目标,利用公司现有资源,负责新媒体方面的营销策划、分解任务目标,协调组织咨询顾问人员完成全年业绩任务目标;  
2、负责组织协调咨询顾问人员完成客户售前、售中、售后服务工作;  
3、负责区域业务管理,巩固现有新媒体渠道客户,不断开拓新的新媒体获客渠道;  
4、负责区域新媒体推广和管理工作,每月提交市场分析报告,正确做出销售预测及任务分配报告,每周提交自查表;  
5、负责团队组建、培训、梯队建设等工作的有效落实;  
6、制定部门绩效考核制度,负责部门人员的绩效考核及评定,及时反馈考核结果;  
7、参与制定新媒体等渠道开发、选择、管理总体方案;管理渠道和作者的联络、考评、筛选、淘汰和数据整理;
  
任职资格:  
1、硕士学位及以上,互联网、营销类或者会计类专业;  
2、具有新媒体、自媒体营销、企业管理咨询、招商引资或企业运营经验;  
3、具有良好的沟通和组织能力;具备财税及会计专业知识者优先;  
4、能够熟练运用微信、公众号、微博等新媒体工具进行运营、宣传和推广;  
5、具有出色的抗压能力和责任心,具有良好的团队协作能力,企业忠诚度高;  
6、形象气质好,英语口语熟练。
