Responsibilities:

- Manage the local sales and service team. Coach and motivate subordinates to achieve target.

- Implement the various policy and plans to ensure target, profit margin and market share are met

- Prepare yearly plan and all activities necessary to achieve yearly target

- Prepare and keep proper records of all plans and activities for monthly reviews and quarterly performance appraisals

- Meet customers and also support subordinates to solve problem in business area.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above most in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

- Above 5 years working experience as a sales in a foreign company

- Good written and spoken English

- Very good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs

- Willing to work hard and facing challenge

- Good personality, excellent sales sense and good manage skill
