岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1、销售管理职位，负责其指定领域内主要目标和计划； Sales management position,be responsible for the main target and plan in its field.

2、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度； Formulate,participate in or assistant the leader to carry out related policy.

3、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估； In charge of the department management daily and the management ,guidance,training and assessment of the employees in your department.

4、负责组织的销售运作，包括计划、组织、进度控制和检讨； be responsible for the organized sales ,including the plan, organization, the control of the procedure and the review.

5、协助销售总监设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划； Assist the Sales director to set up the sales target,sales mode,sales strategy,sales budget and award scheme.

6、建立和管理销售队伍，完成销售目标； Establish and manage the sales team and finish the sales target.

7、从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议。 to give the instructive advise on developing the product in the view of the customers

任职资格 qualification

1、本科及以上学历，理工科等相关专业； College or above, Science and engineering related major

2、3年以上销售行业工作经验，有上海市场医疗、科学仪器经历者优先； have sales experience for more than two years, those who have the Shanghai medical or scientific instruments market can be first

3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系，业绩优秀； have good resourse or relationship of customer ,have achievement.

4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力； have the abilities to do the market analysis,marketing ,promotion and can get along well with others Have the abilities to analysis and solve the probiem

5、有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力。 Be very responsible for the career and have the ability to be a leader.
