1、建筑、城市规划、风景园林、环艺等相关专业毕业,统招本科以上学历，2年以上室内、景观施工图设计制图工作经验；

2、熟悉国家建筑及室内设计施工图绘制规范、施工图节点大样制图规范，并对施工材料工艺、验收标准和规范了解，能进行后期施工现场配合；

3、独立、高效、准确完成空间、景观施工图的绘制；

4、熟练使用CAD、Photoshop等图形设计软件；

5、有较好的抗压性，表达及团队协作能力；

6、有大型设计院、合资或境外设计公司的工作经验者优先考虑。


CONSTRUCTION DESIGNER


1. Graduates in architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, environmental arts and other related fields.

Familiar with the drawing specification, materials and construction technology of construction, and can finish the design work of space and landscape.

3. Be able to cooperate with the post-construction site;

Skilled in using CAD, Photoshop and other graphic design software;

5, Have good resistance to pressure, expression and teamwork ability;

Work experience with large design institutes, joint ventures or offshore design companies is preferred.
