Responsibilities include:
1. Search literature, and design synthetic route independently.
2. Conduct experiments to explore the scope and limitations of the synthetic methodology, to support conclusions regarding reaction mechanisms.
3. Synthesize organic compounds with multi steps independently, efficiently, safely, and reproducibly.
4. Maintain an accurate and complete experimental record, including conclusions, hypotheses for next steps to be taken, and thorough characterization of products.
5. Develop sound mechanistic understanding of observed experimental results.
Qualifications include:
1. MS with ≥ 2 years’ work experience Medicinal chemistry.
2. Highly skilled synthetic chemist with the ability of design and conduction of organic experiment.
3. Skilled in operation of all kinds of instruments and apparatus in organic chemistry lab.
4. Strong knowledge of techniques related to purification and characterization of organic compounds
5. Skilled in literature searching about organic and medicinal chemistry.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, devotion, innovation and team work.
