2. 熟练操作人事信息系统，确保员工数据的准确性和时效性。
Proficient in operating the HR information system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee data.
3. 人事档案的管理，包括但不限于合同的签订、续签，试用期的到期评估，以及劳动合同到期前的提醒等工作。
The management of HR personnel files, including but not limited to contract signing and renewal, probation period expiration evaluation, and reminders prior to labor contract expiration.
4. 处理与外籍员工或国际事务相关的人事工作。
Handling HR-related work involving foreign employees or international affairs.
5. 与各部门保持良好沟通，确保人事政策和流程的有效执行。
Maintain good communication with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
6. 参与人事相关的项目工作，如员工满意度调查、组织发展等。
Participate in HR-related projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys and organizational development.
7. 定期向上级汇报工作进展，提出改进建议，协助优化人事流程。
Regularly report work progress to superiors, provide improvement suggestions, and assist in optimizing HR processes.
8. 直线上级安排的其他工作任务。
Other work tasks assigned by Line manager.
任职资格：
Requirements:
1. 统招本科及以上学历，英语可以作为工作语言。人力资源管理或相关专业优先。
Bachelor degree or above, with English proficiency for working communication.Human Resources Management or related majors preferred.
1. 2年以上人事相关工作经验。
More than 2 years of work experience related to HR function.
2. 熟练使用人事管理系统，具备良好的数据处理能力。
Proficient in using the HR management system with strong data processing capabilities.
3. 英语流利，能够作为工作语言进行有效沟通。
Fluent in English, capable of effective communication as a working language.
4. 具备优秀的沟通能力、亲和力和团队合作精神。聪明机灵，具有较强的应变能力和问题解决能力。踏实勤劳，有责任心，能够独立完成工作任务。
Possess excellent communication skills, approachability, and team spirit.
