1.订单管理与跟单 负责从询盘到收款的全流程：报价，合同签订，生产跟踪，物流安排，付款跟进，确保订单数据准确录入系统，确保交期和质量达标。

2.客户关系维护 定期与现有客户保持联系，了解市场反馈，处理客户投诉与订单问题。推动复购和增购，提高客户忠诚度，协调公司内部确保订单按时交付。 以上为前6个月主要工作职责。

1、10years + work experience, with international sales and customer service experience in the laminates industry is preferred.
