岗位职责：
1. Manage the accounting team and implement accounting daily activities
2. Ensure adherence of all accounting standards/practices and compliance of group policies as well as statutory requirements，continually improve accounting & bookkeeping related process&procedure.
3. Lead month end and year end closing timely, analyze the variance between actual and budget/forecast and ensure data integrity.
4. In charge of periodical accounting reports & internal management reports with high quality, in accordance with established deadlines
5. Prepare meaningful analysis on finance&business performence and probide constructive insights on business performance from multiple angles, including from sales regions, customers, products, VAS etc.
6. Reporting on time with quality for various request.
7. Formulate and implement policies to continuously enhance governance and control in the area of assets control, sales revenue recognition, disbursement, payrolls and cash management
8. Establish all necessary accouting working process/procedure for branch company to facilitate holding company's consolidation.
9. BADs management and discounting arrangement.
10. Responsible of timely and accurate tax filings
11. Maintain the relationship with bank, tax bureau, auditors and other government dept.
12. Support the periodical forecast & annual budget
13. Other tasks assigned.
岗位要求：
1. Minimum 3 years professional accounting management experience in FIE;
2. Very good communication, interpersonal skills and very good English skills
3. Good command of national accounting, tax policy and regulation
4. Be analytical and structured
5. Proficient with SAP & BW report
6. Open minded to diversities.
7. Risk management consciousness and experience
