岗位职责:

1、负责公司EHS管理工作，建立、维护和优化公司EHS管理体系；

1. Oversee corporate EHS management by establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the EHS management system;

2、参与EHS相关管理体系内、外部审核，负责内、外部审核不符合项的跟踪整改；

2. Participate in internal/external EHS audits and lead corrective actions for identified non-conformities;

3、现场EHS管理：设备或设施入厂安全审查，设备设施变更管理；工厂EHS管理组织培养与维护；特种设备和特殊作业及相关方管理；工伤事故预防和调查；EHS事故隐患排查及整改监管；外部安全审查对接；

3. On-site EHS management:Equipment/facility safety review and change management;EHS organization development and maintenance;Special equipment/high-risk work/contractor management;Workplace injury prevention and investigation;Hazard identification and rectification oversight;External safety audit coordination;

4、职业健康管理：参与职业病危害因素控制评价和例行检测；职业病防护设施运行和个人防护使用监督；负责职业病危害岗位员工的职业健康监护。外部职业健康审查对接；

4. Occupational health management:Conduct occupational hazard evaluation and routine monitoring;Oversee PPE compliance and control system operation;Manage health surveillance for at-risk employees

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历，安全/环境/化工等工程类专业优先，年龄40岁以下;

1.Bachelor

s degree or higher,Major in safety/environment/chemical engineering;

2、3年以上中大型制造业EHS管理经验，注册安全工程师证或者其它EHS管理类证件优先；

2.3+ years EHS management experience in medium and large manufacturing industry, registered safety engineer certificate or other EHS certificate is preferred;

3、具备良好的计划、组织、执行、沟通能力。
