岗位职责:
1、战略规划 Strategic Planning
根据总部战略规划，负责江西子公司质量战略规划的落地和实施、组织架构的设计和优化；
1. Execute and implement the quality strategy for Jiangxi subsidiary in alignment with headquarters
strategic directives, while driving organizational structure design and optimization;
2、质量管理 Quality Management
建立和完善品质管理系统，包括质量策划、产品标准、新产品开发质量管理、过程标准、供应商改善、品质创新、体系审核等；
2. Develop and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), encompassing quality planning, product standards, new product development quality control, process standards, supplier quality improvement, quality innovation initiatives, and system audits;
3、品质客诉 Quality Complaints Management
处理客诉事项或其他品质需求，建立与客户全面互动的合作关系；
3. Address customer complaints and quality requirements, while establishing comprehensive customer engagement partnerships;
4、流程优化 Process Excellence
主导子公司品质管理流程优化、改善和评审工作，主导实施专项品质改善项目，制定改善目标、指标及行动方案；
4. Spearhead quality process optimization, enhancement and review initiatives, lead cross-functional quality improvement projects with defined KPIs, targets and action plans;
5、团队管理 Quality Team Leadership
负责品保团队建设，提升品质专业能力。
5. Build and develop the Quality Assurance team
s professional competencies.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/通信工程/物理/化学）等相关专业；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering/Physics/Chemistry) or related disciplines;
2、10年及以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业品质管理工作经验，3年以上总监岗位工作经验，熟悉9001/45001/16949体系优先；
2. 10+ years
quality management experience in large-scale manufacturing (electronics/semiconductor packaging/automotive/automation equipment), including 3+ years at director level; ISO 9001/45001/IATF 16949 knowledge preferred;
3、精通质量管理体系，能全面组织把握内外部认证、审核工作的进程和管理；
3. Expertise in QMS with ability to oversee all internal/external certification and audit processes;
4、掌握质量工具、质量管理体系等相关知识；
4. Proficient in quality tools and QMS methodologies;
5、良好的组织管理协调能力、跨部门沟通能力和高效执行能力；
5. Strong organizational, cross-functional collaboration and execution capabilities;
6、严谨细致，善于发现问题，并能有效分析、解决问题；
6. Detail-oriented with excellent problem identification, analysis and resolution skills;
7、英语听说读写熟练。
