岗位职责 Job qualification

1. Responsible for the management of logistics负责管理全园后勤工作；

2. Logistics work plan and summary后勤工作计划与总结；

3. System construction and implementation制度建设和实施；

4. Training and management of logistics team后勤队伍的培训与管理工作；

5. Property management and inventory财产管理与盘查；

6. To be responsible for the improvement and beautification of the building environment负责全园园舍建设、环境的改善和美化等工作；

7. Responsible for the audit of the whole school departments to report the purchase of articles and appliances plan, do a good job in the monthly purchase plan, audit the purchase of goods account, pay attention to saving, eliminate waste负责审核全园各部门上报添置物品、用具的计划，做好全园每月购置计划，审核采购物品帐目，注意节约，杜绝浪费；

8. To inspect and supervise the implementation of public health work plans and summaries检查、监督公共卫生工作计划和总结的落实、完成情况；

9. Responsible for the security, fire and anti-theft work of the whole garden, regularly check the safety of large toys, electrical appliances, water, electricity and gas, and timely repair if any problems are found负责全园的安全保卫、防火防盗工作，定期检查大型玩具、电器、水、电煤气的使用安全，发现问题及时维修。

Knowledge and skills任职要求

1. Age under 45岁以下；

2. College degree or above大专以上学历；

3. Professional knowledge: preschool education, developmental psychology, business management and other related majors专业知识：学前教育、发展心理学、企业管理等相关专业；

4. Work experience: more than 3 years of logistics management experience in international kindergartens工作经验：3年以上国际幼儿园后勤管理工作经验。

5. Ability requirements: love early childhood education, familiar with kindergarten logistics, and understand the characteristics of children's physical development, honest, dedicated and responsible, with good pioneering and innovative spirit and teamwork spirit; Good organization, coordination and management ability能力要求：热爱幼儿教育事业，熟悉幼儿园后勤工作，并了解幼儿生理发育特点，诚实敬业、责任心强，具有良好的开拓创新精神和团队协作精神；具备良好的组织、协调、管理能力；

6. Good command of written and spoken English is preferred. At least 3-5 years working experience in international kindergartens.写英语能力良好者优先。 至少3-5年国际园工作经验。
