【任职要求】
- 机械设计或模具设计专业，本科及以上学历，能接受外派出差。
- 具备5年及以上园林工具、家电类整机组装或总成组装开发经验，熟悉注塑行业。
- 英文听说读写流利，能够作为工作语言进行有效沟通。
- 熟悉项目开发流程，并严格按照部门要求规定执行。
- 能够独立应对客户沟通，解决产品问题并提出改进措施。
- 具备良好的团队协作能力和责任心，主动性强。

Be responsible for formulating and leading the introduction plan of new complete machine products to ensure the smooth progress of the project as planned.
Work efficiently with the internal team to jointly complete the new product introduction process, ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
【 Job Requirements 】
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or mold design, and able to accept business trips.
Have 5 years or more of experience in the development of complete machine assembly or assembly of garden tools and household appliances, and be familiar with the injection molding industry.
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of effective communication as a working language.
Be familiar with the project development process and strictly follow the requirements and regulations of the department.
Be capable of independently handling customer communication, solving product issues and proposing improvement measures.
Possessing excellent teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility, with a high level of initiative.
