工作职责：
• Lead and manage warehouse automation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments including sales, solution, logistics, and software team、
• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders, and keep stakeholders informed and updated for both parties、
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget、
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverable、
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period、
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
任职资格：
• Bachelor or higher degree in computer software, electrical/electronic Engineering, automation, or other related fields、
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills、
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills、
