As an expert with profound architecture capabilities, you will be responsible for defining the next-generation intelligent chassis system. You will lead the strategic planning, system architecture design, and technology implementation based on VMC, and proactively drive the in-depth integration of cloud, AI with chassis and ADAS to create a chassis experience with leading competitiveness.
Key tasks:
Lead the formulation of the medium and long-term technology road map for the company's intelligent chassis, and be responsible for forward-looking technology pre-research and feasibility assessment.
Lead the definition of the intelligent chassis system architecture under the future-oriented central computing + zone control architecture, ensuring its forward-looking, scalability, and cost advantages.
As master in VMC technology, lead the design of cross-domain collaborative control strategies for chassis execution systems such as suspension, steering, and braking to achieve ultimate vehicle dynamic control.
Lead the in-depth integration of chassis and ADAS, define the interaction interfaces for perception, decision-making, and control as well as safety redundancy strategies, and implement advanced functions such as preview control and tire burst stability control
Take the lead in designing integration solutions with cloud platforms and AI large models, explore and implement innovative functions such as data-driven chassis performance iteration and personalized driving style adaptation
As a cross-domain systems engineer, organize and coordinate resources and work of cross-departmental teams (software, hardware, testing, algorithms) to ensure on-time and quality project delivery
Establish the development, integration, and verification processes for intelligent chassis functions, and lead the resolution of major technical bottlenecks and cross-system interaction issues in projects
Be responsible for providing technical guidance and empowerment to the team, enhancing the overall technical perspective and problem-solving capabilities of the team
Ensure all intelligent chassis functions meet functional safety and cybersecurity standards, and lead related concept design, technical analysis, and implementation review
Establish and maintain the performance acceptance standards and subjective evaluation system for the intelligent chassis system, ensuring the final user experience reaches a world-leading level
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors
Working experience: More than 8 years of experience in automotive chassis system development, with at least 3 years serving as a chassis system architecture specialist, technical expert, or core team member.
Knowledge, skills and others: Must have SOP experience related to VMC functions • Deeply participated in at least two complete SOP projects in two of the suspension, steering, and braking fields, and have a profound understanding of dynamic characteristics and control logic. • Have practical project experience in the integrated development of chassis with ADAS and practical experience in cloud-native architecture / AI in vehicle control are preferred. • Excellent communication, coordination skills and strong project leadership • Expert-level system architecture capabilities and profound functional safety background
