Brief description of the position:
- Maintenance engineers ensure the availability of machines and systems in the ongoing operation of a manufacturing company, taking into account deadlines, economic efficiency and ecology. Tasks include maintenance, inspection, repair and improvement. Specialized in one or more technologies/systems.
- The maintenance engineer is responsible for commissioning new systems and machines, as well as implementing the technology.
- This requires optimization of the machine and several tests.
- As well as planning, documenting and evaluating technical scopes in the subject area.
Key Tasks:
- Inspection / Documentation / Cost Control
- Repair and specialized support of Systems and components
- Improvement of the systems and components to be supported
- Analysis of weak points and initiation of countermeasures
- Analysis of damages and development of suitable improvements
- Functional tests in existing and new plant areas
- Spare parts planning and Test
- Replacement of machines in production plants
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer related.
- At least 4 years of working experience in maintenance in automotive industry. Deep experience in assembly shop.
- Basic Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance: Understand the principles of mechanics, machining, electrical fundamentals, and basic knowledge of electrical hardware and software (such as PLCs, frequency converters, etc.).
- Equipment Management: Develop TPM, inspection, and annual maintenance plans based on the management system and equipment characteristics to ensure stable operation of the equipment, while also formulating management plans for energy consumption, environmental protection, and safety.
- Training: Establish a competency model for maintenance personnel within the jurisdiction, and plan and manage training to enhance their skills.
- Cost Control: Prepare maintenance and energy budgets, execute them, and continuously optimize related expenses.
- Smart Manufacturing: Master new technologies and trends in smart manufacturing and apply them to solve and improve on-site issues.
