QUALIFICATION:

岗位要求:

1. 阿拉伯语专业或阿拉伯语四级以上水平,能商务沟通。英语口语流利,双外语者优先;

Major in Arabic or possess Arabic Level 4 certification or above, with proficiency in business communication. Fluent spoken English is required. Proficiency in both Arabic & English is preferred.

2. 有3-5年机械行业外贸销售或跟单经验者优先;

3-5 years of experience in international sales or merchandising within the machinery industry is preferred.

3. 有较强的责任心和进取心,良好的人际互动和沟通能力团队协作精神;

Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.

4. 好学上进,能承受一定的工作强度和压力;

Fast learner with a strong desire for professional growth, able to work effectively under pressure and handle a demanding workload.

5. 性格外向,活泼开朗、积极乐观,有转较强的韧性和应变能力;

Outgoing, positive, optimistic, and resilient personality with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.

6. 有驾照、会开车,可接受长期海外出差,每年海外出差不少于80天。

Possess a valid driver's license. Must be acceptable of long-term overseas business trips, with a minimum of 80 days per year abroad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

主要职责:

1. 按照公司的训练营计划,接受公司从销售技能到产品知识、制造工艺流程、项目管理实践的培训,成长为真正符合公司要求的顾问式销售专业人员;完成培训计划后能依据公司提供的业务线索,跟进销售项目,独立完成业绩目标;

Complete an intensive training program on sales, products, and processes. Manage provided sales leads, independently run projects, and achieve sales targets.

2. 客户开拓与维护:维护现有客户关系,积极利用各种渠道(社媒、SEO平台、展会等)开拓客户

Maintain existing client relationships and proactively develop new business through social media, SEO, exhibitions, and other channels.

3. 渠道支持与拓展:维护现有渠道,协助经销商根据客户需求匹配合适产品,制定报价方案;

Support existing distributors by helping match products to client needs and preparing quotations.

4. 市场调研与分析:利用海关数据、社交媒体等资源,收集并分析市场趋势、竞品动态,提炼关键信息,为销售策略制定提供数据支持,对所负责的国际市场进行需求分析、参与拜访跟进;

Use market data and social media to analyze trends and competitor activity. Provide insights to shape sales strategy and conduct market demand analysis.

5. 熟悉展会流程,展会所需资料准备,参加展会,展会接待,收集销售线索,拜访跟进,完成业绩;

Handle exhibition preparation, attendance, and client meetings. Generate and follow up on leads to secure business.

6. 根据客户需求和公司产品价格体系,制作专业的报价单和产品方案,并及时发送给客户,解答客户疑问,并促进订单签成。

Prepare and send professional quotes and proposals. Address client queries promptly to successfully close orders.

7. 完成上级交办的其他事项。

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
