JOB Description
1. Communicate withour customers/overseas office, issue quotations to our clients or overseasoffices and suppliers to ensure high efficient import or export handling
负责与客户、海外分公司和国内供货商的沟通,负责相关报价,确保货物高效出口或进口
2. Responsible forbooking shipping space, contact customers and agents, transportation fleet,etc., to ensure smooth shipment
负责订舱,联系客户和代理商,运输车队等,确保顺利出货
3. Responsible forreviewing customer's documents, communicating with customer to confirm thecontent of customs declaration materials, tracking the change of goods order,customs clearance and inspection progress, timely informing customer andarranging delivery
负责审核客户的单证,及时与客户沟通确认报关资料内容,跟踪货物换单、清关和查验进度,及时通知客户并安排送货
4. Make bills andcollect fees on time.
及时开具账单并收取费用
5. Accept andaccomplish any assigned extra tasks.
完成上级领导安排的其它工作
Position requirement
职位要求
1. College degreeor above, Major in International Trading/Business, Logistic or English ispreferred
大专以上学历, 国际贸易、国际商务、物流或英语相关专业优先
2. Familiar with import& export operation procedure, 1-2years’ experience in Internationalforwarding or international logistics company is plus, fresh graduates withrelevant internship experience are also welcome.
熟悉货代进出口操作流程,拥有1-2年国际货运或国际物流相关工作经验;有过相关行业实习经验的应届生亦可
3. Goodcommunication skill and adaptability, able to handle emergencies flexibly andproperly
具有良好的沟通技巧和适应能力,能够灵活处理工作中遇到的突发事件
4. CET-4 or above,fluent English both in reading and writing, good oral English will be a plus
大学英语四级或以上,英语读写流利,有良好的英语口语能力优先
5. Team spirit andself-motivation
具有较好的团队精神和自我激励能力
6. Good command ofMicrosoft Office
熟练电脑操作及office办公软件
