1. Master Plan: making rolling 12 months capacity plan to ensure the production going smoothly and fulfillment of customer demands.

2. Inventory Control: Define the monthly production volume with controlling the FG/WIP inventory under target level, manage stock healthiness of FG/WIP to reach target.
库存控制：确定月度生产量，控制成品/半成品库存金额在目标水平以下, 管理库存健康度达成目标。
3. Planning execution： Supervise the production line scheduling match with master plan, work with planning coordinator to implement the scheduling to reach or exceed output target。
计划执行：监督各条生产线的计划排程匹配主计划，督促计划协调员执行生产计划并完成产量目标。
4. Lead planning team to maintain master data, PM/Prototypes schedule arrangement, production daily follow up and schedule adjustment.

5. Follow China team to work for APS Neptune development and make it carry out at Qingdao plant successfully.

6. Create/maintain the BOM & Routing in SAP，prepare budget BOM & Routing for next year.
在SAP中创建/维护BOM & Routing，负责准备下一年的budget BOM & Routing，包括tech norm的更新维护。
7. Support monthly & yearly warehouse stocktaking
支持仓库月度盘点，参与年度盘点
