Job Responsibilities工作职责:
Support EHS supervisor to define, develop and implement EHS programs or procedures;
1. Launch and execute EHS tools (e.g., Risk assessment, SMAT, LOTO, PTW, Loss risk Self-diagnosis, etc);
2. Define internal auditing rules and organize regular auditing to ensure day-to-day compliance on production line or construction site;
3. Implement Environmental incident/accident investigation and ensure all CARs closed within a timeline; Following the CAPA and make sure all actions are effective.
4. Supervise contractor safety, site PPE, special equipment/workers certificates, fire fighting equipment, etc to be full complied with internal procedures or local regulations;
5. Implement risk management for new material/equipment, new process introduction.
6. Communicate with internal line managers/shift leaders or other interested parties through meetings, events, seminars, promotion boards, etc;
7. Complete EHS reports including audit finding reports in a timely manner;
8. Deliver EHS training to new hires, employees and subcontractors per defined schedule;
9. Maintain ISO 14001 and 18001 system to be in full compliance;
10. report TF and EVE and other hidden troubles.
Job Requirements工作要求
1. Education学历: Bachelor with Engineering background
2. Language语言: Decent English writing and reading ability
3. Computer skill计算机技能: Good office software application skills
4. Work experience工作经验: More than two years EHS experience in a multinational firm or one-year EHS experience if major in safety engineering is preferred.
5. Others to be specified其他: Good communication skills, responsible attitude and strong character.
