Job Responsibilities工作职责:
 Based on the defined standard, make the detailed machine register.
 Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available and effective.
 Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.
 Instruct and training the maintenance worker on site.
 Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.
 Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipment’s condition and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.
 Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.
 Complete the tasks from supervisors.
 Complete and support WCM related work.
EHS
 Follow company and legal regulation (e.g. EHS, 5S, Quality)
 Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
 Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
 Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
WCM Skill
 Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI
 Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools, such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in daily work
 Able to apply or coach other people to use performance control system’s methodology to sustain the result
ISMS
 协助本部门各岗位人员识别信息资产,并定期评审与更新;
 协助组织本部门确定敏感岗位及敏感区域
 协助对本部门重要信息资产的识别与风险评估,并制定跟踪落实相应对策
 识别本部门信息安全资产，并确定重要信息资产；
 对重要信息资产进行风险评估并制定应对措施；
 配合相关部门做好部门信息安全工作；
 按照信息安全管理体系要求，做好维修区域信息安全的防控工作
