Responsibility
1. Maintain current customer business, monitor sales trends & generate accurate forecast, develop existing customer new business. 维护当前客户业务,监控销售趋势并生成准确的预测,开发现有客户的新业务
2. Assist Sales Manager to implement sales strategy and business plan. 协助销售经理实施销售策略和业务计划
3. Collaborate with the customer service team to coordinate sales activities and accelerate order execution speed. 与客户服务团队合作,协调销售活动并加快订单执行速度
4. Identify customer key person, build and maintain sounding customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction. 确定客户关键人物,建立并维护良好的客户关系,确保高客户满意度
5. Understand customer needs/issues to propose value-based solution to key customers (ask the right questions to get insight). 了解客户需求/问题,向关键客户提出基于价值的解决方案(提出正确的问题以获得洞察力)
6. Responsible for accurately matching SKUs using company resources, resolving non-standard part identification issues, maintaining material data, analyzing competitor products and providing alternatives, and explaining SKU rules and product features to customers.负责利用公司资源精准匹配物料号,解决非标件识别问题,维护物料数据,分析竞争产品并提供替代建议,向客户解释物料编码规则和产品特性。
7. Actively participate in customer’s R&D process and become a trusted advisor to customer hence to build a win-win long term relationship. 积极参与客户的研发过程,成为客户值得信赖的顾问,建立双赢的长期关系
8. Assist Sales Manager for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams to ensure business landed. 协助销售经理项目管理,协调内部团队确保业务落地
9. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure that various documents required by customers (including product reports, investigation reports, ROHS, REACH and other related investigation forms, etc.) are submitted on time and accurately, and collaborate with the sales team to obtain customer approval. 负责与内、外部团队协同合作,确保客户所需的各类文件(包括产品报告、调查报告、ROHS及其他相关调查表)能够按时、准确提交,并协同销售团队共同获取客户批准
10. Actively introduce and promote Bufab digital tools and logistics solutions to customers. 积极向客户介绍和推广Bufab数字化工具和物流解决方案
11. Make sales RAC(Result/Activities/Competence) plan and improve sales activities to meet sales target & GP target. 制定销售RAC(结果/活动/能力)计划并改进销售活动,以达到销售目标和GP目标
12. Attend weekly (pipeline review)/ monthly (customer sales review)/ yearly (annual sales plan) sales meeting, complete business reports to Sales Manager in a timely manner. 参加周(渠道审核)/月(客户销售审核)/年(年度销售计划)销售会议,及时向销售经理完成业务报告
13. Assist sales managers in collaborating with Global Account Manager when needed to achieve business targets for Global Accounts. 在需要时协助销售经理与全球客户经理合作,以实现全球客户的业务目标
14. Creative selling in offering solution-based services to customers. 创造性销售,为客户提供基于解决方案的服务
15. Promote sustainability in the company, actively propose Bufab sustainable value to customers. 促进公司可持续发展,积极向客户提出Bufab可持续价值
16. Identify, evaluate, control, improve sales and market risks, information security risks, and related compliance risks. 识别、评估、控制、改进销售和市场风险、信息安全风险,及相关的合规性风险
17. Other tasks assigned by sales manager. 销售经理安排的其他任务
Education & Qualifications
1. College degree or above, min. 5 years relevant sales working experience in an international company. 大专以上学历,5年以上国际公司相关销售工作经验
2. Knowledgeable of the C-parts management business is a plus. 熟悉C-parts管理业务者优先
3. Experienced in managing and serving key customers. 有管理和服务大客户的经验
4. Good command of English reading and writing, English speaking is a plus. 良好的英语读写能力,能说英语者优先
5. Ability to understand simple mechanical drawings and technical specifications is preferred. 能看懂简单的机械图纸和技术规格书者优先
6. Proficient in Microsoft softwares (Word/Excel/Powerpoint). 精通微软软件(Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
