Responsibility:

1. Responsible for daily sales operations, including order receiving, confirmation and tracking, arranging delivery within the specified time, and maintaining good communication with customers

2. Based on stock agreement, properly input cusotmer demand such as customer order, Safety Stock, forecast and etc in Jeeves system.

根据备货协议，合理地将客户需求如客户订单，安全库存，预测等放入系统。

3. Maintain healthy inventory level based on forecast and consumption analysis, process good understanding of demand and stock level and able to make a good balance.

根据预测和用量分析来保持合理库存，对需求和库存水平有良好的理解和平衡

4. Responsible for the risk management in daily operations, handle urgent
cases in a prompt and proactive means. Handle slow moving and obsolete goods in a proper way, be the alerter of potential customer linedown due to material shortage

负责日常工作中的风险管理，及时积极处理突发事件，合理处理呆滞料，对潜在的客户断线预警

5. Handle customer complaint in a smart and skillful means, reply customer in a polite and proper way, inform related department to take corrective actions and follow up with the result

处理客户投诉，能够以合适的方式回复安抚客户，及时通知相关部门整改并跟踪整改结果

6. Support sales team for the implementation of NPI project.

协助销售部门导入新项目

7. Coach team member for the new project implementation, share new knowledge, optimize process & procedure to ensure a smooth matching between customer process and company internal process.

新项目引进时对于组员指导，新知识的灌输以及必要的流程梳理，以便更好的使客户流程和内部流程相适应。

8. Act as the fastener consultant of the department, share fastener knowledge and provide guiding/coaching to team members to improve their ability of accurate quotation; train the new joiners to adapt to the work process as soon as possible.

作为部门的紧固件知识顾问，为部门人员提供紧固件知识方面的学习和指导，以提高其准确报价的能力，同时培训部门新员工以促使其尽快适应工作流程。

9. Make invoice in ERP, and AR following up.

在ERP中制作发票，跟踪应收账款.

11. As a core team player, actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects, be good at finding potential issues and be a proactive trouble shooter to provide solutions

13. Strong dedication to customer care, act as a trusted partner with account manager, providing data, sample tracking, communicating and/or negotating with customers.

14. Independently handle standard customers, include but not limited to handling customer inquiry, providing RFQ, and negotiating with customer for various issues

Education and Qualification:

1. Diploma degree or above. 大专或以上学历

2. Minum 5 years work experience with industrial background.

两年以上工作经验，具备工业行业背景优先

3. Knowledgable of the hardware products and standards (ISO, DIN, GB…) is an advantage.

熟悉产品和标准(ISO, DIN, GB…)者优先

4. Good command of English in both writing and reading. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English

英语读写良好，必须能够阅读和理解英文文件。

5. Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in English office environment. Knowledge of an ERP is fundamental.

良好的Office技能，熟悉ERP系统
