岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:

1、 新产品工艺开发 / New Product Process Development
负责新产品全周期的工艺开发工作，包括编制工艺流程文件（PFMEA、SOP、WI等）、验证关键工艺参数、主导样件制作与评审，确保工艺可行性。
Responsible for the full-cycle process development of new products, including preparing process flow documents (PFMEA, SOP, WI, etc.), validating key process parameters, and leading sample production and review to ensure process feasibility.

2、 量产工艺持续改进 / Mass Production Process Continuous Improvement
负责批量生产产品的工艺、工装及生产方法的持续优化，以提升产品质量、生产效率和直通率，并降低生产成本。
Responsible for continuous optimization of processes, tooling, and production methods for mass-produced products to improve product quality, production efficiency, first-pass yield, and reduce production costs.

3、 工装设计与供应商管理 / Tooling Design & Supplier Management
负责工装方案设计，审核并批准详细设计图纸；主导或参与供应商技术交流，协助完成工装的改进、调试与最终验收。
Responsible for tooling concept design, reviewing and approving detailed design drawings; lead or participate in technical communication with suppliers, assisting in tooling improvement, debugging, and final acceptance.

4、 项目管理与交付 / Project Management & Delivery
负责工艺与工装开发项目的进度管理，确保所有开发活动按计划节点完成，满足项目整体时间要求。
Responsible for the schedule management of process and tooling development projects, ensuring all development activities are completed according to planned milestones and meeting overall project timelines.

5、 设备与产线协同 / Equipment & Production Line Collaboration
协同设备工程师，参与新设备的方案评审、安装调试、验收及现有装配线的持续改进与优化项目。
Collaborate with equipment engineers to participate in new equipment scheme reviews, installation, debugging, acceptance, and continuous improvement projects for existing assembly lines.

6、 其他职责 / Other Responsibilities
完成上级交办的其他工程相关任务。
Complete other engineering-related tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求 / Qualifications:

1、 教育背景与经验 / Education & Experience
理工科（机械、材料、车辆工程等）本科及以上学历；5年以上离散制造业工艺开发或工艺改进经验。具备汽车零部件、储能系统或数据中心液冷管路相关工艺经验者优先。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Automotive, etc.); Minimum 5 years of experience in process development or improvement within discrete manufacturing. Experience in automotive components, energy storage systems, or data center liquid cooling pipelines is highly preferred.

2、 语言与背景偏好 / Language & Background Preference
有外资或合资企业工作经验者优先；具备良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力者优先，能阅读英文技术资料及进行日常技术交流。
Experience in foreign-invested or joint-venture enterprises is preferred. Strong written and oral English communication skills are preferred, with the ability to read technical documentation and conduct daily technical communication.

3、 专业技能 / Professional Skills
熟练掌握精益生产（Lean Manufacturing）、Six Sigma（绿带或以上优先）等工业工程方法与工具，并能应用于实际工艺优化。
Proficient in industrial engineering methodologies and tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred), with practical application experience in process optimization.

4、 分析与解决问题能力 / Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability
具备优秀的逻辑分析能力和系统思维，能熟练运用质量问题分析工具（如5Why、8D、鱼骨图）独立或牵头解决复杂工艺问题。
Excellent logical analysis and systematic thinking skills, proficient in using quality problem analysis tools (e.g., 5Why, 8D, Fishbone Diagram) to independently or collaboratively resolve complex process issues.

5、 软技能 / Soft Skills
具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力、清晰的表达能力，以及较强的抗压能力和团队合作精神。
Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, clear expression ability, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
