岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:

1、 质量体系与策划 / Quality System & Planning

识别、转化并管理客户与内外部质量要求，主导编制及维护控制计划（Control Plan）、检验作业指导书（SIP）及各类质量基准书。

Identify, translate, and manage internal/external quality requirements; lead the development and maintenance of Control Plans, Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP), and quality standards.

2、 新项目质量保证 / New Project Quality Assurance (APQP)

参与新产品开发全流程（APQP），负责质量先期策划与验证，主导解决试产及量产初期的质量问题，确保项目质量目标（良率、FTT）达成。

Participate in the full Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process; responsible for quality planning and validation, leading the resolution of quality issues during trial and initial mass production to achieve project quality targets.

3、 过程质量控制与改进 / Process Quality Control & Improvement

主导制程质量异常的处理、根本原因分析及纠正预防措施的制定与跟踪验证，确保问题有效闭环，并推动持续改进以降低PPM。

Lead process quality deviation handling, root cause analysis, implementation/tracking of corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effective closure and drive continuous improvement to reduce PPM.

4、 测量系统管理 / Measurement Systems Management

协调内外部资源，主导或参与测量方法（如 GD&T）的对标与统一，策划并完成测量系统分析（MSA/GRR）及相关性验证。

Coordinate internal/external resources to lead/participate in alignment of measurement methods; plan and execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA/GRR) and correlation studies.

5、 检具与标准管理 / Gauge & Standard Management

统筹检具、量具的方案评审、验收、校准与维护管理，确保其适用性与有效性，支持检验规范的落地执行。

Oversee gauge/fixture design review, acceptance, calibration, and maintenance to ensure suitability and effectiveness, supporting the implementation of inspection standards.

6、 其他职责 / Other Responsibilities

完成上级指派的其他相关工作。

Complete other assigned tasks.

任职要求 / Qualifications:

1、 教育背景与经验 / Education & Experience

l 本科及以上学历，理工科专业（机械、材料、车辆工程等优先）。

Bachelor's degree or above in Science/Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Automotive Engineering preferred).

l 3年以上制造业质量管理相关经验，熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系；具备汽车零部件、储能系统或数据中心液冷管路行业经验者优先。

Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, familiar with IATF 16949; experience in automotive parts, energy storage systems, or data center liquid cooling pipelines is a plus.

2、 专业技能 / Professional Skills

l 熟练运用QC七大工具、5Why、8D等质量分析工具；具备统计过程控制（SPC）基础知识和应用经验者优先。

Proficient in quality tools (QC7, 5Why, 8D); knowledge/experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) is preferred.

l 理解GD&T图纸要求，熟悉APQP、PPAP等汽车行业核心质量流程。

Understands GD&T drawing requirements, familiar with core automotive quality processes (APQP, PPAP).

3、 语言与背景 / Language & Background

具备良好的英语读写能力，能处理英文技术文件；口语沟通流畅者优先。有外资或合资企业工作经验者优先。

Good written English for technical documents; fluent oral communication is a plus. Experience in foreign-invested or joint-venture enterprises is preferred.
