岗位职责：
1. 负责英语学科（托福、雅思）的教学工作，每周教授20-24课时；
2. 积极参与课程规划及教研，协作开发学校的教学项目；
3. 担任多名学生的导师，针对学生情况及时反馈给各学科教师，与家长及时沟通学生在校
学习情况；
4. 组织课外活动，并组建本学科社团活动；
5. 承担学校平稳运行的相关工作（如课后值班）；
6. 参加学校组织的教师培训、公开课竞赛、教研反馈等学科活动；
7. 完成领导安排的工作。


任职要求：
1. 硕士研究生及以上学历，英语类相关专业，专业英语八级或等同的英语成绩。
2. 热爱教学工作，有高中教师资格证。
3. 英语口语流利、发音标准，表达能力强。
4. 具备现代思想，赋予朝气和活力，具有较强幽默感，上课生动活泼。
