Job Description
Role and responsibilities
 Administrative Support & Calendar Management / 行政支持与日程管理:
 Coordinate the CTO’s schedule (meetings, business trips, events) with clear prioritization and efficiency.
统筹 CTO 的日程安排(会议、差旅、商务活动等),确保优先级与效率;
 Prepare bilingual (CN/EN) executive meeting materials, document minutes, and track action items.
准备高管会议材料(中英文),撰写纪要并跟进关键事项执行;
 Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-timezone collaboration, maintaining relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
协调跨部门、跨时区沟通合作,维护内外部利益相关者关系。
 Strategic Project Coordination / 战略项目协调:
 Assist CTO in driving corporate-level initiatives (e.g., organizational optimization, digital
transformation) through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
协助 CTO 推进公司级战略项目(如组织优化、数字化转型等),执行数据收集、分析与汇报;
 Monitor manufacturing industry trends and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
跟踪制造业动态及政策变化,为决策提供背景支持。
 Information Management & Confidentiality / 信息管理与保密:
 Ensure security and confidentiality of executive-level documents, establishing efficient information workflows.
维护高管级文件机密性与安全性,建立高效信息管理流程。
Requirements:
 Education Background / 教育背景:
 Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for Business Administration, Public Administration,English, or related fields.
 本科及以上学历,商业管理、公共管理、英语或相关专业优先;
 Knowledge of manufacturing operations or multinational corporate processes is a plus.
 熟悉制造业运营模式或跨国公司业务流程者加分。
 Skills & Experience / 技能与经验:
 3+ years as an executive assistant or in multinational team support; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
 3 年以上高管助理/跨国团队支持经验,制造业或工业领域背景者优先;
 Full proficiency in both Chinese and English. Reporting to a foreigner.
 中英文双语流利,汇报对象是老外;
 Advanced MS Office skills (PPT/Excel);
 精通 Office(尤其 PPT/Excel);
 Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
 出色的时间管理与多任务处理能力,适应高强度工作节奏。
