确保大厦各机械管道设备如吊磐、各泵房、各水池、各种阀门、管道、下水 道、洗手间、茶水间等设备的正常运作，如发现上述设备有毛病，不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的，要及时向主管工程师报告；系统工程师应知会工程总监并组织人员排除，把情况及时汇报总监。

Carry out all fire-resisting measures, safety measures on emergency exits and relevant fire-resisting and working. Check and certificate it on every shift. Guarantee that fire-resisting water locks keep open, and mark out.

落实所有防火措施，紧急出口门和相应的防火和作业安全措施。每班次都需检查一次落簿签认，特别保证防火水闸处于常开状态，并挂牌标明。

Check and keep safes, refrigerators, ice machines etc. in good condition regularly.

定期检查冷藏室，冰箱，制冰机等，保持最佳工作状态。

Clean refrigerating machines, cooling tower, wind set, A/C controlling system,

exhausting and ventilation system.

定期清洗制冷机，冷却塔，风柜系统，风盘，空调控制系统和通风排气系统。
